Spiral Binding is also called Coil Binding, depending on the region. It is getting more popular, and is replacing comb binding, but also wire binding.

Plastic spiral is very easy to insert, durable, available in many sizes and colours.

Seriously Digital offers a wide range of machines for spiral applications. Starting with small bench top machines like the Finish@Coil rollers, with either manual or electric crimp and cut.

We offer the Crim@Coil which is a dual side crimp and cut machine, a machine to consider from mid volume book runs.

The top of the range  plastic spiral inserter is the Coil Master Junior. This semi automatic inserter can cater for most sizes, is very easy to set up and operate.

JBI also offers as metal spiral inserter, which is mainly used in notepad, student books and calendar production.

The whole CoilMac range of manual punching and closing machines is also available from us. Perfectly suitable to office environment, but not limited to this market.

All of our machines are easy to use. No special skills required, but we recommend and offer some operator training.
